With 25 years in global and UK corporations we've had the privilege of being part of many large transformation, re-organisation and integration projects. From merging companies, teams, locations and systems there are some fundamental lessons which we want smaller organisations to benefit from so that, one day, they too can be globe spanning beacons of efficiency and friction free operation for their employees and their customers.
